Ceramic poker chips are not made of real ceramic or porcelain, but are made of high density polymer composite material. The material used has the ability to produce high resolution full color images directly on the chip. The image is part of the chip and can not be removed.

How do I order custom chips online at Pokerstore.nl and how should I submit the design?
- Send your design(s) by email to help@pokerstore.nl with attached the design and/or logo in the following file types .ai, .eps, .psd or .pdf. The fonts can be delivered in the following formats: .TFF or .OTF, these files must meet a minimum of 300 DPI. If your files don not meet the requirements you must take into account a significant deterioration in the final result. So use a good and usable digital file for optimal results for your chip design, this also speeds up the ordering process.
- Supply the design in a circle with a maximum diameter of 500 pixels (40 mm/4 cm) with a resolution of 300 pixels/inch, including text on the side of the chip in up to 45 characters depending on your font. You can use the poker chips in multiple colors or full color design, use any reference colors like CMYK, HEX or RGB colors.
- Provide a clear description of your requirements for custom pokerchips, such as numbers, values and colors. The minimum order quantity is 500 chips per custom order and minimum of at least 25 chips per color/value.
- If you order 500 chips in one design series you can choose up to 4 different chips (values and colors) design.

- All prices are per poker chip, including VAT but excluding layout/design costs and postage/shipping costs.
- If you provide the complete design with the right Artwork we charge you no extra costs. But if you send us files that are not suitable for ceramic chips or we need to design the complete customized chips for you, then we need to charge you extra design cost.
- The delivery time depends on when we have your approval of the digital sample and we need to receive a 100% payment in advance. The custom poker chips should always be 100% paid in advance before we can order at our chip supplier.
