How To Play Roulette:
Roulette is one of the best games because any number of persons can play at the same time and there are unlimited chances. One person acts as banker (croupier), spinning the roulette wheel, paying winnings and settling disagreements. The game begins when the croupier says: “Place your bets.” The players then place their chips on the numbers of their choice. When the croupier says “No more bets,” the players cannot place any more chips. The roulette wheel is spun and the ball is thrown the inside of the rim of the wheel. When the ball has settled on a number the croupier calls out the results. The croupier then rakes in all of the non-winning chips and pays out on the top of the winning chips. Only after all winners have been paid can the game start again.

If the 0 comes up, the croupier takes all the chips except those on individual numbers.
