DESIGN & ARTWORK SPECIFICATIONS
Preferably deliver your files in four color printing / full color / CMYK, in the highest resolution. Please pass on any color references in CMYK, HEX, or RGB colors to us. Provide custom artwork such as images and logos in a resolution of at least 300 DPI so that we can deliver the best custom poker layout end product. The client is always responsible for the correct delivery of the files and rights to these files. If a file turns out to be unworkable, we will inform the client. Our designers start from a blank canvas and developed your ideas and instructions into a custom poker layout.

We can print from virtually any file type, but remember – the better the artwork you provide us, the better the final printed casino quality custom poker cloth. If you are unsure if your artwork is good enough, feel free to email us at help@pokerstore.nl or via wetransfer.com with the design and/or logo as attachments in the following file formats .ai, .eps, .psd or .pdf and provide font or corporate identity in .TFF or .OTF, these files must meet at least 300 DPI. Please make sure you have the correct rights or permission to use logos, images and/or fonts before sending us your artwork.

- Send us uncompressed files, preferred file formats include: EPS, TIF, PDF or AI files. If you work with Adobe Photoshop®, please provide layered files. New fonts are created every day. To prevent problems with a used font, send the font(s) along with your design.
- If your files are of lower quality, you should take into account that there will be a significant loss of quality in the end result. So make sure you have well-formatted digital files of design and/or ideas for your own custom poker layout, as this also speeds up the ordering process considerably.
- If your files are not provided in the above mentioned formats design origination is a subject for an additional charge calculated on the basis of €65 euro per hour.

The poker cloth includes the design, but additional charges may apply
Design development is FREE of charge for your custom poker cloth as a service for maximum 2 hour. This gives our professional designers enough time to integrate your logo, colours, image(s) and/or design elements into your custom poker cloth. Please note that additional costs may be charged for certain time-consuming design work. If your design requires extra work, an additional €65 charge per hour will apply. Creating a great high-end product is what we do, so a bit of extra design time is never an issue. But for complex and time-consuming designs, we are forced to charge extra design hours. We discuss this 2-5 hour add-on before we start with your design.

Custom poker layouts and delivery time
Custom poker layouts must always be paid 100% in advance before before we can start with your design and proceed to production. The delivery time also depends on when we receive your approval on the digital proof. After approval of the digital proof, the standard production time for custom poker layouts is approximately 8 business days. Custom poker layouts are made especially for you and therefore cannot be returned for a refund.
